ABOUT

Navigate Health is an accredited NSW workplace rehabilitation provider delivering practical workplace rehabilitation support for workers recovering from injury and for the workplaces supporting them.

We understand the impact injury can have on a person’s health, confidence and work participation. We also understand the challenges employers face and work with all stakeholders to identify practical workplace strategies that support operational needs while keeping the worker’s recovery, safety and progress at the centre.

Our approach brings together clinical expertise, workplace knowledge and close communication with GPs, physiotherapists, psychologists and other allied health providers to support clear decisions, practical recovery planning and safe, sustainable return to work outcomes.

APPROACH

How We Work

We make the rehabilitation process easier to understand and easier to coordinate.

Collaborative

We work closely with workers, employers, doctors, treatment providers and insurers.

Practical

We focus on realistic strategies that can be applied in the workplace.

Evidence-informed

Our recommendations are based on clinical reasoning, workplace information and best practice rehabilitation principles.

Outcome-focused

We aim for safe, sustainable and durable return to work outcomes.

Respectful

We recognise that every worker’s recovery journey is different.

We bring the right people together, clarify the issues and support a clear plan forward.

Supporting recovery through good work

Navigate Health recognises that good work plays an important role in supporting health, recovery, confidence, wellbeing and social connection. Safe and suitable work can provide structure, purpose and routine, while prolonged work absence may contribute to poorer health and reduced work participation.

WHAT WE DO

Services

Same Employer Return to Work

We support workers to recover at work with their pre-injury employer, with a focus on safe, timely and durable progression toward their pre-injury duties.

We conduct evidence-based assessments, identify barriers and recommend targeted strategies to support recovery at work and sustainable health outcomes.

New Employer Services

When returning to the pre-injury employer is not suitable or available, we assist workers to explore new employment options.

Our focus is to identify realistic and sustainable work pathways that align with the worker’s capacity, skills, experience and recovery needs, supporting their goal of returning to work with a new employer.

Assessment Services

We provide clear and practical assessments to inform recovery and return to work planning.

Assessment services may include:

  • Workplace assessments

  • Functional assessments

  • Vocational assessments

  • Transferrable skills assessments

  • Labour market analysis

  • Ergonomic assessments

  • Activities of Daily Living assessments

Our assessments consider work demands, functional capacity, treatment information, workplace factors and barriers that may affect safe work participation.
